Amendment #126 to H5699

Town of Fairhaven – Real-Time Odor Monitoring

Mr. Sylvia of Fairhaven moves to amend the bill in section 2A, in item 1599-0911, in line 86, by adding after the word, "commonwealth" the following; "provided further, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended for the Town of Fairhaven to purchase and install a real-time odor monitoring sensor at a municipal sewer pump station to monitor odor levels and support mitigation efforts."; and in said item by striking out the figure “$2,000,000” and inserting in place thereof the following figure: -“$2,030,000”.
