Amendment #156 to H5699

Freetown Economic Development Study

Ms. Fiola of Fall River moves to amend the bill by adding the following new section:-

SECTION X. Item 7008-1116 of section 2 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2025 is hereby amended by adding the following; “provided further, that not less than $70,000 be allocated to the town of Freetown for a comprehensive evaluation to assist in economic development planning”.
