Amendment #157 to H5699

City of Fall River Signage PAC

Ms. Fiola of Fall River moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX. Item 7008-1116 of section 2 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2025 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “provided further, that not less than $25,000 shall be expended for the city of Fall River for replacement of the welcome to Fall River sign on state highway route 24” the following words:- “and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2027".
