Town of Fairhaven-Real-time odor monitoring

Mr. Sylvia of Fairhaven moves to amend the bill in section 2A, by adding the following item:

“EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF ENERGY AND ENVIRONMENTAL AFFAIRS

Department of Conservation and Recreation

XXXX-XXXX For municipal parks and facilities; provided, that not less than $30,000 shall be expended to the town of Fairhaven board of public works to purchase and install a real-time hydrogen sulfide notification sensor near the municipal wastewater treatment plant to monitor odor levels and support mitigation efforts………………………...…………………………………………..$30,000”.
