Foundation Budget Review Commission Appointment

Mr. O'Day of West Boylston moves to amend the bill by inserting the following new section:

SECTION XXXX. Subsection (b) of section 4 of chapter 70 of the General Laws, as appearing in section 64 of chapter 137 of the acts of 2026, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “Officials” the following words: ;the president or their designee of the Massachusetts Budget and Policy Center.
