Stow Cisterns PAC

Ms. Hogan of Stow moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX. Item 8324-0050 of section 2 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2025 is hereby amended by striking out the words "provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the town of Stow for the development of an installation of new firefighting water cisterns" and inserting in place thereof the following words:- "provided further, that not less than $150,000 shall be expended to the town of Stow for the development of an installation of new firefighting water cisterns and provided further, that funds for the purposes of this project shall be made available until June 30, 2027"
