Amendment #22 to H5699

Mr. Diggs of Barnstable moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

SECTION XX. Item 7004-3036 of section 2 of chapter 9 of the acts of 2025 is hereby amended by inserting after the words “first-time homebuyers employed in the city known as the town of Barnstable” the following words:- “and such funds shall be made available until June 30, 2027.
