Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in section 2, in line 27, by inserting after the words “Executive Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs” the following item: “2511-0107, not less than $50,000 shall be expended for Just Roots, Greenfield Community Farm for their CSA program”.
