Ms. Whipps of Athol moves to amend the bill in section 2C.I, in item, 8324-0000, by adding the following words: “not less than $10,000 shall be expended for the Winchendon Fire Department to outfit a UTV with a stretcher”; and striking out the figures “$300,000” and inserting in place therefore the figures “$310,000”.
