Ensuring Public Safety in State Shelters

Mr. Lombardo of Billerica moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:-

SECTION XXXX. Require the executive office of housing and livable communities to engage with the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement in regard to populations at state shelters and to act in compliance with the United States Immigration and Enforcement detainees.
