Improvements to HomeBASE

Ms. Barber of Somerville moves to amend the bill in Section 2 by adding the following language at the end thereof:-

“and provided further, that in administering funds under item 7004-0108, the executive office of housing and livable communities shall provide household assistance in an amount up to $50,000 in the first 24-month period, or a higher cap as established in line item 7004-0108, and up to $25,000, or a higher cap as established in line item 7004-0108, in subsequent 12-month periods to eligible families.”
