Mr. Consalvo of Boston moves to amend the bill by striking the amendment in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Mr. Consalvo of Boston moves to amend the bill, in section 4, by striking out the words “or (iii) at imminent risk of harm due to domestic violence”, inserted by Further Amendment #27, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- (iii) at imminent risk of harm due to domestic violence; or (iv) documented as having a disability.

And further amend the bill, in section 6, by inserting after the figure “6”, inserted by Further Amendment #27, the following words:- , families with a family member who has a documented disability.
