Incident Reporting

Ms. Kerans of Danvers moves to amend the bill by adding the following section:

"SECTION XXXX: The secretary of housing and livable communities shall share all reports of incidents in EA shelters with the secretary of health and human services and the Massachusetts office of victim assistance to determine the need for support services for alleged victims."
