Maintaining Shelter Access for Children and Adolescents

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill by striking the amendment in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:-

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill, in section 4, by striking out the words “or (ii) at imminent risk of harm due to domestic violence”, in line 57, and inserting in place thereof the following words:- (ii) under the age of 6; or (iii) at imminent risk of harm due to domestic violence.

And further amend the bill, in section 6, by inserting after the word “violence”, in line 121, the following words:- , families with a child under the age of 6.
