Amendment #27 to H57

Maintaining Shelter Access for Children and Adolescents

Ms. Decker of Cambridge moves to amend the bill in section 4, in subparagraph (4), in line 1, by striking out the words “upon written certification of hardship by the secretary”; and in said subparagraph, in line 3, by striking out the words “by the secretary”; and in said subparagraph in line 6, by inserting after the word “services” the words “ (ii) under the age of 13;”; and in said line of said subparagraph, by striking out the words “(ii) at” and inserting in place thereof the words “(iii) at”.

And moves to further amend the bill in section 6, in subsection (4), in line 10, by inserting after the words “domestic violence” the words “, families with a child under the age of 13,”.
