Amendment #5 to H57

Supporting families with disabilities

Mr. LeBoeuf of Worcester moves to amend the bill in section 4, in line 57, by striking out the words “or (ii) at imminent risk of harm due to domestic violence” and inserting in place thereof the words “(ii) at imminent risk of harm due to domestic violence; or (iii) in a family with a family member who has a documented disability”; and also in section 6, in line 121, by inserting after the words “domestic violence” the following: “, families with a family member who has a documented disability,”.
