Amendment #9 to H57

Requiring a Competitive Bidding Process

Representatives Jones of North Reading, Ferguson of Holden, Frost of Auburn and Smola of Warren move to amend the bill by inserting the following new Section:-

“SECTION XX. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any funds expended for the purpose of providing services through or related to those served by the emergency housing assistance program shall be subject to a competitive bidding process.”
