Best efforts for in person attendance

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report by inserting at the end of Rule 57D the following:-- "All members shall, whenever possible, use their best efforts to attend formal sessions with a calendar of the senate in person."
