Virtual vote designation

Mr. Fattman and Ms. Dooner move to amend the report by inserting at the end of Rule 57D the following:-

“In all publicly published roll call votes, the Clerk shall designate the following alongside any member’s name if the Senator votes by remote participation: “Virtual Vote (VV)”.”
