Calling for a minority caucus

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report in rule 13B, in the second sentence, by inserting after word "Leader", the first time it appears, the following words: - "or a member designated by the Minority Leader after notifying the presiding officer and the clerk that the Minority Leader is unable to participate due to illness or otherwise.”
