Unanimous consent for session past midnight

Mr. Fattman and Ms. Dooner move to amend the report by striking out Rule 38A ½ and inserting in place thereof the following rule:-

“38A 1/2. The Senate shall not continue in session beyond midnight. This rule shall not be suspended unless there is unanimous consent among members present in the Senate Chamber and members participating remotely on a recorded yea and nay vote.”
