Ensuring Consistent Debate Procedure

Ms. Friedman moves to amend the report in rule 27, by adding the following paragraph:-

For any bill or resolve reported by the Senate Committee on Ways and Means before noon on Thursday and scheduled to be debated on the following Thursday, amendments shall be filed not later than 2:30 p.m. on the Monday preceding the debate, unless agreed to otherwise by order in consultation with the Minority Leader.
