Updating the motion to lay a matter on the table

Mr. Fattman and Ms. Dooner move to amend the report by inserting at the end of Rule 24 the following:-

“Consideration of any order proposed for engrossment, acceptance, or enactment of a conference committee report shall be permitted to be laid on the table no more than 3 instances by a Senator at each of the following stages: engrossment, acceptance, and enactment.”
