Updating Rule 24

Mr. Fattman and Ms. Dooner move to amend the report by striking out the last sentence in Rule 24 and inserting in place thereof the following:-

“The consideration of any motion to lay a matter on the table or to take a matter from the table shall be postponed without question to the day after that on which the motion is made (except during the last 72 hours of formal business under Joint Rule 12A).”
