Reasonable Amount of Time

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the report by striking, in Rule 27A, each time they appear, the following words:- "a reasonable amount of time", and inserting in place thereof, the following words:- "not less than 15 minutes";

and, in Rule 31B, by striking the following words:- "a reasonable amount of time", and inserting in place thereof, the following words:- "not less than 15 minutes".
