Litigation

Mr. Keenan, Ms. Rausch and Mr. Tarr move to amend the report by inserting, in Rule 9B, after the words "on behalf of the Senate", the following words:- "; provided, that no litigation brought in the name of the Senate as a body shall be initiated nor shall any litigation against the Senate as a body be defended or be settled without a four-fifths vote of the Senate".
