Modifying the dilatory timeline for laying a matter on the table

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report by striking, in Rule 24, the words "during the last 14 calendar days of formal business" and inserting therein the following:-- "during the last 7 calendar days of formal business".
