Making Session Available to Local Access Television Stations

Messrs. Keenan and Tarr move to amend the report by inserting in the first paragraph of Rule 59A after the word "television," the following words:- "local access cable television stations and websites,";

by striking in the second paragraph of Rule 59A the words "endeavor to" the first and second time they appear;

and, by striking in the second paragraph of Rule 59A the first appearance of the word "may" and inserting in place thereof the following word:- "shall".
