Technical Amendments

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the report by inserting at the beginning of Rule 27A after the words "shall be" the following words:- "provided to members and";

and, by inserting in the fourth paragraph of Rule 27A after the word "order." the following words:- "No technical or perfecting amendment shall add language other than technical or perfecting language to any bill.".
