Remote Quorum Counts

Ms. Rausch moves to amend the report in Rule 57D by striking out the last paragraph and inserting in place thereof the following paragraph:-

A member who participates remotely pursuant to this section may be counted for the purpose of establishing a quorum as required pursuant to Senate Rule 64 and Article XXXIII of the Amendments to the Constitution of the Commonwealth; provided, that not more than 10 members participating remotely shall be counted if a member doubts the presence of a quorum.
