Procurement Reporting

Mr. Keenan moves to amend the report by inserting, in Rule 62B, the following subsection:- "(h) The Chief Financial Officer of the Senate shall provide to the President and all members not later than 90 days following the end of the fiscal year (1) a report of all procurements of goods and services by the Senate for each fiscal year and (2) a certification that all procurements were in accordance with the requirements of this rule and applicable provisions of the General Laws.".
