Senate counsel selection

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report By inserting after senate rule 7B the following new senate rule 7C:-“the Clerk shall be elected by a vote of the senate”

And moves to further amend by inserting after senate rule 9B the following new senate rule 9C-"the Counsel to the senate shall be elected by a vote of the senate"
