Filing amendments to the GAA

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report in rule 27A by striking the following ", and not less than 48 hours, shall be provided to file amendments." and inserting in place there of:-- ", and not less than 72 hours, shall be provided to file amendments.".
