Notification of public hearings by joint and special committess

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report by striking in joint rule 1D the following:-"5 days prior to the time of such meetings. The 5 day requirement shall be suspended" and inserting in place thereof the following:-"14 days prior to the time of such meetings. The 14 day requirement shall be suspended"
