Online review of conference committee reports by the public

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report by inserting at the end of Rule 11D the following:-- "No action shall be taken by the general court, on said report filed by committee of conference, until a minimum of 48 hours have passed from the online publication by the clerk of the branch in which the report has been filed."
