Joint Rule 10 deadline

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report by striking in joint rule 10 the following:-"All joint committees and the committees on Rules of the two branches, acting concurrently, shall make final report not later than the first Wednesday in December of the first annual session of the General Court on all matters referred to them before the first day of October of the first annual session and within 60 days on all matters referred to them on and after the first day of October of the first annual session of the General Court"

and inserting in place thereof the following:-"All joint committees and the committees on Rules of the two branches, acting concurrently, shall make final report not later than the third Wednesday in November of the first annual session of the General Court on all matters referred to them before the first day of October of the first annual session and within 60 days on all matters referred to them on and after the first day of October of the first annual session of the General Court"
