Prioritizing bills that passed in previous sessions

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report by inserting after rule 3A the following new rule 3A1/2-"Joint Standing Committees shall, to the maximum extent feasible, prioritize bills that were reported out favorably during the previous session of the Committee when conducting their review of bills submitted by the General Court"
