Public posting of joint committee votes

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. Fattman move to amend the report by inserting at the end of Rule 4 the following: "Favorable reports, and adverse reports on subjects of legislation other than petitions, by joint committees shall, at the completion of said vote, be posted on the general court website."
