Emerging Firearm Technology Commission Reporting Deadline Extension

Mr. Moore moves that the proposed new text be amended by inserting after section __ the following section:-

SECTION __. Section 148 of chapter 135 of the acts of 2024 is hereby amended, in subsection (e), by striking out “March 1, 2025” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- July 31, 2025.
