Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by striking in line 3 the words “Transitional Escrow” and inserting in place thereof the following:- “General”; and further moves to strike in line 13 the words “Transitional Escrow” and inserting in place there of the following:- “General”.
