Notice to the legislature on additional criteria that the secretary deems necessary

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Mr. O'Connor move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting in line 88 after the word, "necessary" the following:-"; provided that said criteria is submitted to the clerks of the house and senate at least 60 days prior to implementation"
