Competitive Bidding

Mr. Tarr, Ms. Dooner and Messrs. Durant, O'Connor, Fattman and Montigny move that the proposed new text be amended by inserting the following section:-

"SECTION 11. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, any funds expended after the effective date of this act for the purpose of providing services through or related to families and pregnant women served by the emergency housing assistance program pursuant to section 30 of chapter 23B of the General Laws shall be subject to a competitive bidding process."
