Disclosure of Pending Criminal Charges

Messrs. Moore, Fattman, Montigny, O'Connor, Tarr, Driscoll, Collins and Feeney move that the proposed new text be amended in section 3, by inserting after the word “convictions”, the first and third time it appears, the following words:- and pending criminal charges.
