Avoiding Duplicative Costs

Ms. Rausch moves that the proposed new text be amended in section 2A by inserting, in line 25, after the word "item" the following words:- ; provided further, that the secretary of administration and finance, in collaboration with the secretary of housing and livable communities, shall ensure that no funds from this item are paid for duplication of services or supports.
