Emergency Shelter Safety Plan

Messrs. Moore, Fattman, O'Connor, Tarr, Collins and Montigny move that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following section:-

SECTION 11.  (a) Not later than March 31, 2025, the executive office of housing and livable communities, in consultation with the executive office of public safety and security, shall create, enforce and from time-to-time update a statewide safety plan for the emergency housing assistance program established under section 30 of chapter 23B of the General Laws. The executive office of housing and livable communities shall make the plan publicly available on its website.
