RAFT adjustments

Ms. Jehlen, Ms. Miranda and Messrs. O'Connor and Eldridge move that the proposed new text be amended in item 1599-2625 by inserting in line 50 after the last phrase the following new phrases:-

"; provided further, that in administering funds under item 7004-9316, the executive office of housing and livable communities shall provide benefits in an amount up to $10,000 in a 12-month period to eligible households; and provided further, that in order to receive cash benefits or other services under item 7004-9316, it shall not be necessary for a household to have received a shut-off notice from a utility company, notice to quit or summary process summons and complaint, or otherwise be subject to the summary process pursuant to chapter 239".
