Length of stay extension by provider

Mr. Gomez, Ms. Miranda and Messrs. Eldridge and Payano move that the proposed new text be amended in section 4, subparagraph (4), line 80 by striking the words “may receive extensions” and inserting in place thereof the following words:- “may receive one 90-day extension to the length of stay limit under subparagraph (3) at the discretion of the contracted shelter provider; provided further, that such families may receive extensions”
