Presumptive Eligibility

Mr. Driscoll moves that the proposed new text be amended Mr. Driscoll moves to amend the bill in subsection b of Section 6 by inserting in line 154 the following words after “veterans services;”,- “provided further, that temporary respite sites, or other comparable shelter, shall be available for a period of not more than 30 days to families who appear eligible but are unable to provide sufficient documentation as required by this section,”
