Spencer Light Tower for Fire Department

Mr. Durant moves that the proposed new text be amended by adding the following section:-

"SECTION XX. Chapter 140 of the Acts of 2024 is hereby amended in line item, 8000-0313, by striking the words “that not less than $55,000 shall be expended to the town of Spencer for improvements at the police department and for the purchase of a rescue truck for the fire department” and inserting in the place thereof the following words:- that not less than $55,000 shall be expended to the town of Spencer for improvements at the police department and for the purchase of a light tower for the rescue truck for the Spencer fire department;".
