Massachusetts Based Qualifying Event Eligibility

Messrs. Moore, Fattman, O'Connor and Tarr move that the proposed new text be amended in section 4 by adding the following two paragraphs:-

(9) Eligibility for the emergency housing assistance program based on an eviction shall not apply to an eviction that occurred outside of Massachusetts.

(10) Eligibility for the emergency housing assistance program based on a housing situation not meant for human habitation shall not apply to a housing situation outside of Massachusetts.
